A Look At The WWF Departures In 1993

1993 was certainly one of the most fascinating years in WWE history, good or bad. The boom period was over, an American wrestling recession was getting worse, The Golden Era was winding down, and The New Generation Era was on the horizon. 1993 would see the debut of flagship show Monday Night RAW and the debut of The King of the Ring PPV. It was also the year the WWE saw their biggest turnover, perhaps, since the promotion went national in 1984. The departures ran the gamut from long time vets to guys and girls who came and went to long time managers to members of the broadcast team to even the biggest name the WWF had for the past decade. In this article, we'll take a look at as many of the departures I can think of.
