Happy 30th Anniversary to Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade. Sometimes I wonder, it's a shame River Phoenix passed away in 1993 as he was good here as a younger Indy and I wonder if he lived if he could've been Harrison Ford's successor as he would be around the same age right now as Ford was in the 80s.
The cast was all-star as Sean Connery was perfect as Indy's father while Julian Glover is excellent as villain Walter Donovan, a role that established a trademark for him in playing a character that pretends to be the hero's ally but is really the main villain as he played a similar role as Aristotle Kristatos in the James Bond movie For Your Eyes Only. It was also nice to see Denholm Elliot and John Rhys-Davies back as Marcus Brody and Sallah, respectively. Also, kudos to Denholm Elliot for returning as he was suffering from HIV by that point which he succumbed to in 1992.
A blog about my interests. Namely wrestling and MMA along with other stuff like video games and music.
