After a crazy 2020, it's time for me to do my year end awards for pro wrestling, at least as best as I can. As is usually the case, these are my opinions and mine alone. Keep in mind, my Japanese awards are based off what I saw and I wasn't able to find much New Japan or many companies.

 Very sad to hear about the passing of Yaphet Kotto. He was a criminally underrated actor and probably deserved more fame than he got. He was great as the first black James Bond main villain Dr. Kananga/Mr. Big in Live and Let Die as well as Lt. Al Giardello on the awesome TV show Homicide: Life on the Street. He was also Agent Alonzo Mosley in Midnight Run, Parker in the first Alien film, was in The Running Man and Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare, and was Emmy nominated for the TV film Raid on Entebbe. He was also considered for the role of Lando Calrissian in Star Wars and possibly Captain Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
